What is the Delayed refund policy?
As we are a small business we can offer exchanges on items that do not fit and offer a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Not sure what size to order?
Our gourmets tend to run with a slight oversized fit as we like our clothes oversized. As is the case it is suggested to order true to size.
How do you track your order?
You will receive a confirmation email then once the order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can then enter the tracking number in the tab labelled "Delayed Tracking" which will give you up to date tracking.
I received the wrong item or size.
We're sorry, we try our best but we are human and mistakes can happen. Please return the incorrect item back to us in the original packaging with tags attached; once received, we will send out the correct item/sizing at our expense and refund you the cost of shipping the incorrect item back to us.
